Brookland Junior School

We work closely in partnership with Brookland Junior School to ensure a happy and successful transition for our children. Our transition programme begins in the Summer 2 term of Year 2, while children are still with us at the Infant School. Through a range of planned activities and experiences, we help children become familiar with the Juniors, build confidence and feel excited about the next stage of their learning journey. This carefully planned approach ensures a smooth transition into Year 3, where children can continue to build on the strong foundations developed during their time at the Infants and embrace the exciting learning opportunities that lie ahead.
