Wrap Around Care: Breakfast Club and After School Clubs

Morning Wrap Around Childcare Sessions - Breakfast Club
 
Breakfast Club runs from 8.00 a.m. until 8.45 a.m in the Infant dining hall. The cost per child to attend the breakfast club is £5 per session. If your child is in receipt of Pupil Premium Funding than this will be reduced to £3 per session. Please see Andrea or Kasia in the office if your child is in receipt of Pupil Premium Funding so they can adapt the fee on SchoolMoney. All bookings and payments must be made in advance via SchoolMoney.  Payments must be made by midnight the previous day. If payments are not received, then your booking will be withdrawn. Children from Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 can attend. 
Breakfast Club is run by Brookland Infant and Nursery School support staff. They will serve breakfast which will consist of healthy cereals, fresh fruit, toast and a range of spreads. Fruit juice, milk and water are available throughout the session.
 
Morning activities are aimed at encouraging a calm start to the school day and include reading, drawing, board games and the use of construction kits. 
 
All children will be taken to their classrooms by the Breakfast club staff at the end of the session for a smooth transition into class.
Afternoon Wrap Around Childcare Sessions - Jelly Beans Kids Club Ltd.
 
Jelly Beans Kids Club Ltd is a private after school club, managed by Julia Fritz, who is fully qualified and has over twelve years experience in after school care. They believe in equal opportunities for all our members of staff and the children who attend the provision. It is their mission that every child who attends, is treated as an individual and our policies reflect this belief.
They are open from 3.15 p.m. to 5.50 p.m.
 
Jelly Beans Kids Club Ltd is registered with Ofsted (EY490404) and all the staff are experienced and DBS checked.
 
Children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 can attend. Please see below a letter from Jelly Beans Kids Club with more information and how to register.

At Brookland  there are also many opportunities for children to take part in extra-curricular activities. There are clubs run by outside agencies, through the letting of our premises and are available at an additional cost.

Our school is also used during the Easter and Summer holidays by Mini Minors as a holiday care provider. They provide childcare and activities for children aged 3-12. They have been running at Brookland School for over 25 years and are registered with OFSTED.
